Journal Article <strong>Abstract</strong><br> Despite significant studies in the field of cultural revolutions; comparative study of Iran, China and Russia Cultural Revolutions is less common due to the role of religion. The question of this study was how did each of the cultural revolutions in Russia, China, and Iran relate to the religious teachings of the social context in which they occurred?<br> According to the study conditions, the authors have briefly addressed the secular and revolutionary-religion approaches in cultural revolutions and attempted to test these approaches by using the comparative-historical method based on the selected events. Historical-comparative study has been done in intra-systemic and inter-systemic form; at the intra-systemic level the process of relationship between the two phenomena has been narrated and at the inter-systemic level the religious characteristics of the Cultural Revolution in the three countries have been compared using the Mill methods.<br> Findings shows that in all three cases, the role of religion is important, but the Iranian characteristics support the ideal perspective and the characteristics of Russia and China confirm the instrumental perspective on the role of religion in the Cultural Revolution. The results of the article, while confirming the authors' claim, explain the differences and similarities between the three events studied. <strong>چکیده</strong><br> با وجود مطالعات زیادی که در زمینۀ انقلاب‌های فرهنگی انجام شده است، مطالعۀ مقایسه‌ای نقش دین در انقلاب ‌فرهنگی ایران، چین و روسیه با توجه به نقش دین کم­تر به­ چشم می‌خورد. پرسشی که این مطالعه در پی پاسخ به آن بوده این است که هرکدام از انقلاب‌های فرهنگی روسیه، چین و ایران با آموزه‌های دینی متن جامعه‌ای که رخ داده‌اند چه نوع ارتباطی داشته‌اند؟<br> نگارندگان با توجه به شرایط مطالعه به رویکردهای سکولار و دین ‌انقلابی در انقلاب‌های فرهنگی اشاره و تلاش کرده‌اند با استفاده از روش تطبیقی ـ تاریخی بر اساس رخدادهای انقلاب ‌فرهنگی در سه کشور، این رویکردها را آزمون کنند. مطالعۀ تاریخی ـ تطبیقی به­شکل درون‌سیستمی و بین‌سیستمی صورت گرفته است؛ در سطح درون‌سیستمی به­شکل روایتی، روند ارتباط دو پدیدۀ تشریح­ شده و در سطح بین‌سیستمی شاخص‌های دینی انقلاب ‌فرهنگی در سه کشور ایران، چین و روسیه با استفاده از روش‌های میل مقایسه شده است.<br> یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند در هر سه مورد نقش دین اهمیت دارد، لیکن شاخصه‌های ایرانی مؤید منظر آرمانی و شاخصه‌های روسیه و چین مؤید منظر ابزاری به نقش دین در انقلاب فرهنگی است. نتایج مقاله ضمن تأیید مدعای نگارندگان، تفاوت‌ها و شباهت‌های سه رخداد مورد مطالعه را تشریح می‌کند. https://jhs.modares.ac.ir/article_22967_10dc07752b90d82cef03e05b7f9804bb.pdf
